Description for Hatfield McCoy Trails
Hatfield McCoy Trails trails are first and foremost ATV trails, they do allow mountain bikes but it is certainly not the focus. The Hatfield-McCoy Recreation Area provides multiple-use recreational trails running through the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in southwestern West Virginia, southeastern Virginia, and eastern Kentucky. There is some great terrain and for the most part the motorized riders are very courteous to those on bikes, often slowing down and getting out of your way when you are climbing, however some are less courteous so be sure to keep your ears and eyes open if you ride here.
