Overview: Trail system being developed in cooperation with King County Parks. Similar to Lake Sawyer system with somewhat more climbing/descending. Good drainage soils and tree cover. Currently about three miles of trail are rideable plus some dirt road mileage. Large amounts of dumped trash recently removed. Large boulders placed by King County to prevent further illegal access and dumping.
The project has broad community and King County staff support. King County staff has expressed praise of the trail construction done to this point.
May 2013 - The trails are in great shape despite recent rains. Hardly any puddles or mud. Lots of windy forest trail with some nice meadows and ponds. Overall a great trail for folks who like to stay on the ground.
