Description for Portal Trail
Portal Trail is scary, really scary if there is one trail that we have seen that a simple mistake could be fatal this is it. After you survive the exposed section of the trail (which we highly recommend-carefully hiking) there is some gnarly amazing technical downhill stuff that gets back to down to the road.
From what we hear people have died here, so if you ride it-BE CAREFUL!
If you are going to ride this trail, we recommend you ride up Poison Spider and add Portal Trail to make a loop.

a good hike-bike DH trail. very technical and exposed, but a good ride. park at the bottom, there is a campground where you can leave a car. again, stop by poison spider bikes for direcrions
