Description for Sansom Park
Sansom Park is made up of several singletrack loops that overlook Lake Worth. The trails are color coded, Green and Blue trails are beginner and intermediate, the more advanced trails are Red. Once you are no the trail there is no signage to speak of and a lot of broken trash and broken glass.
The trail is good for riders of all ability levels. The Red trails are some of the more technical trails in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but still not super challenging from a technical perspective. The trial has a nice flow and is tight and twisty with several short ups and downs.

Great trail! The park has been cleaned up a lot, not trashy at all now. Some tough climbs and fun downs. About 7 miles now and expanding all the time. Got to help ride in a new section just last week (December 2010).

Great Park with multiple trails! Lots of great downhills to fill your need for speed and enough climbs to make sure you get your cardio. Very rocky trails that are sure to keep you on your toes. Overlooks Lake Worth for your fill of nature, but you also get the benefit of being close to the Air Force base which gives you some great fly bys. Trails are very well kept by FWMBA. All and all some of the best trails to ride in this area.
