Description for Horseshoe Trail
Horseshoe Trail is a good ride, not the best ride in Dallas but worth checking out if you are looking for something new to ride. It is best to go with someone that knows the trail, there are not signs and the trail is a bit of a spaghetti bowl, so it is easy to ride in circles, it is definitely one of the most confusing trails you will ever ride.
Because of the sandy nature of the location it usually is one of the first trails to dry out after rain. There are little gems hidden through out the trails.
There are two places to park, the southwest or northeast of Horseshoe. At the northeast end there are bathrooms and water.

One of the most confusing trails I've ever been on. You won't get into trouble if you get confused, but you can end up riding in circles for a while. One of the reasons I love this trail is that it reminds me of the trails I rode as a kid growing up in upstate NY.
