Description for Knob Hill Park
Knob Hill has some good riding, recent construction and re-routes have changed the trail around a bit and not necessarily for the better, although once the new trail burns in a bit more, it will be better. That being said it is still a fun place to ride made up of fast-flowy singletrack, there is nothing overly technical no the ride, a couple spots that would give beginners some heartburn, but more experienced riders should be fine.
If you are looking for a change of pace or something that you have never ridden before, Knob Hill is worth checking out.

The parking area off of 377 is a bit dicey, be careful as you exit off the pavement.
From the 377 trail head there are two or three intermediate dips/drops/hills through creek bottoms that can be walked if necessary. After those the route is just incredibly sweet rolling single track.
Couple areas are very tight with 6 to 8 foot tall vegetation growing at handlebar widths along the trail; can be eerily fun if not claustrophobic.
I rode the trail twice, summer of '11, temps around 105 and it was shaded enough it still made for a very nice ride. No water at any trail-heads.
My 3 overall is only because it is not long enough it is two-way traffic you could meet another rider very abruptly. Other than that there are long sections you can really open it up and fly.
