Arbor Hills is a short ride, a really short ride, it is only about 2 miles long, not really worth making a special trip to Plano, but if you are in the area it is worth checking out.
The trail is all singletrack and has a nice flow, lots of twists and turns, nothing really technical, some ups, some downs, the usual roots, rocks etc. If you loop it a few times you can get some good exercise.
Great place to work on your cardio, many short steep climbs on this 2.5 mile loop.
It is a short trail but great for a cardio workout. Trail flows well and has great quick climbs. I have done a lot of training there.
It's nice in the morning just make sure you are not the first tracks of the day. Over the night, spiders create webs all over the trail, so in the morning you will get a huge spider square in the face.
If you live in North Dallas it is a prime training spot.
