This trail has been a great tool for me as I'm getting back on the bike after > 5 years. I live close in Circle C, so it's super convenient. The trail is not challenging and easily lapable with feet never coming off the pedals. I'm able to time my laps each ride to monitor my endurance improvements.
Trail is busy with hikers after 8:30am on the weekends.

Close to many suburban areas, this course is pretty fast and easy. I use it after work to get in a hour or so of higher heart rate exercise. You can squeeze in about 20 miles in 1.5 hours on this trail. I have seen a few people endo, so its not totally a parking lot.
I also like it because of all the animals I see out there. Lots of deer, birds and a few snakes. Saw a grey fox recently. I also saw a tarantula, it was just walking up the side of the trail. First one I've ever seen in the wild.
The trail builders could have done more with the elevation they had, but it feels like they were really concerned about erosion and avoided any steep drops or climbs.
Beware of horse droppings, on a Sunday or Monday after a long weekend the trail is a minefield of horsepoo...
