Description for Concord Park
Concord Park has two different trails, one is located on the on the east side of the park next tot the parking lot and another trail across the street from the parking lot.
EASTSIDE
The Eastside trail is made up of three color coded trails and a River Trail, the Red Trail is a full loop with several offshoots, the Blue Trail offers a short jaunt off the trail end then hooks around. The Silver Trail has a bit of climbing (nothing to tough) and can be ridden pretty fast. The River Trail will take you from the Red Trail to the Silver Trail.
WESTSIDE
The Westside Trail is basically something else to ride if you want to add some mileage it is a root laden up (and back down). Nothing amazing but worth checking out.

I live close to this park so naturally started going here after work when I only had a few hours of sunlight left. Growing up in Knoxville, I've always loved the natural landscapes and lakes that surround it. Concord Park delivers here as a great little bike park with amatuer to advance single track. It's a great place to go knock out a few hours of pretty lakeside riding.
I even like to take my hammock with me and set it up right on the banks for a little down time. The park is never too crowded but as it is right is the middle of residential West-Knoxville, you will come across trailer runners, walkers, and bikers. I actually like the smaller but more secluded West Loop so go check it out.
And one more cool thing, once your done with your ride, you can always go right over to Lakeside Tavern which is delicious and right on the lake. There are also some picnic areas and a Pavilion. All this combimed makes Concord one of my favorites.
