Description for Ingles Field Gap
Ingles Field Gap is part of the Bent Creek Trails, the ride has some climbing, but is largely considered some of the best downhill in the Bent Creek trail network. The trail is all intermediate level singletrack but does get pretty steep in places. One word of caution there are several offshoot trails that lead off the main track, several of which offer some great riding but those trails don't always lead back to the main trial, so if you decide to do some exploring be sure that you have a GPS, map or a plan.
