Description for Hefner Trail
The Hefner Trail is a beginner to intermediate difficulty trail with a few advanced technical sections. There is nothing too steep, but there are a few short climbs followed by short descents. The trail is not well marked, but relatively easy to navigate. The terrain is a mix of double and singletrack riding, there are a few creek crossings, ladders, roots, rocks, and a bit of sand. On the weekends most people park at the school. This is a great place to get in a quick after work ride, but not really a trail that you would travel a long distance just to ride.

Not a bad trail. Mild to moderate difficulty with a few advanced technical sections. Nothing steep. All short climbs followed by short descents. Not well marked, but relatively easy to navigate. I went on a Saturday and parked at the Bill Hefner Elementary School. Not sure where you'd have to park on a school day. Trailhead is obvious.
