The North Central Rail Trail is another Rails to Trails conversion. This route is primarily a flat, well-groomed trail, packed dirt/stone/and even pavement like in most places. There is even a bike shop and deli located at the Monkton intersection of the trail. Great trail for beginners or someone looking for a long easy ride.
