Love this trail. Well maintained and tons of fun. Trail steward is a very nice guy. I hear the facilities have been improved recently. Ride this every time I'm in the area.

The Monkey trail is a must ride if you are near Shreveport, or if you are on your way to Ruston. Talked to a local, and he said both trails were made by the same person. Track has great flow, lots of nice uphill and downhill, jumps where they need to be, corners where they need to be. There is nothing to slow you down, but it still manages to be technical. Plus, if you listen close, you can hear the monkeys calling.
