Description for Comite Park Trail
Comite Park is a great trail that is maintained by BRAMBA in cooperation with BREC. There is now approximately six miles of roller coaster fun trails along the Comite River. There is good parking at the trailhead. Restrooms are past the gate by the pavilion and picnic tables. There is also a "connection" trail that leads to the Hooper Road trail. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent in the summer.
There is riding for mostly intermediate riders, the trail is smooth with very few rocks, roots or sand, however the Red Trail does have some drops that should be looked at before committing to ride them. The trail tends to dry out pretty quickly after rain.

This is my local trail and its a blast. Well maintained and nice facilities. The trail is fairly flat with some tight twisties and some tech sections. Lots of ups and downs and roller coaster sections. Bring the family and enjoy! Trail is about 6 miles with numerous shortcuts with maps available at the trailhead or you can hit the Hooper connection and add Hooper Park to your ride and double the amount of trail.
