Description for Sal Hollow
Sal Hollow is a great trail located in Mammoth Cave National Park. The trail is a mix of singletrack and fireroad, it has a great flow and is not overly technical, but there are some rock gardens, steep hills beginners may struggle with the climbing and rocks but that stuff is easily hiked. Overall nearly everyone that likes to mountain bike will enjoy this ride.
There is camping available in the park, which means it is a great place to visit for a couple days, bring your bike, camping gear, and enjoy the scenery, the area is beautiful.
