This was a nice beginner trail. Nothing very technical or difficult but was a nice workout.
The mountain bike portion of the trail is only about 3 - 4 miles. I did it 3 times.
The trail is not well marked but after my first time riding the trail, I figured out the pattern. Many twists and turns and up and downs.
The trail could use a little maintenance. There were about 4 downed trees that should be cut.
There is also a paved trail in the area - Lincoln Colonial Trail.
