Description for Henry Creek Loop
Only 4 miles long, this ride seems much longer. After a mile on the pavement the ride hits single track and a gradual climb in a canyon. The climb then steepens gaining 600' quickly. After cresting the climb the descent rockets you back to the bottom.
Directions to Henry Creek Loop Trailhead
To get to Henry Creek Trailhead, head south from Salmon on US93 about 5 miles to Shoup Bridge. Turn right, cross the bridge and follow the pavement about 2.5 miles from the bridge. After a sharp right turn, turn left onto Williams Lake Road. Parking for this ride is about another mile down this road on the right. To get to the single-track, ride your bikes about another mile on the pavement and turn right when you see the trailhead signs.
