Wow Downhill mountain biking near downtown Honolulu! This ride is best done as a shuttle up St Louis drive to Ruth Place, from the parking lot the trail is to your left by the shelter. You of course can grind up the road to get there, but it is a tough and time consuming ride. You can also take the bus part of the way (Bus #14). As with most of the trails in Hawaii expect slippy roots, wet conditions and an all around great time. The entry starts with a steep descent into a whistler like jump trail. The view of view of Waikiki is out of this world.
