Description for Brandywine State Park
Brandywine State Park has some great well-maintained singletrack and fire road trails. It is one of the most popular rides in the state and tends to get crowded with foot traffic on the wide fire trail. Out of state drivers have to pay for a $6 pass or you get a $41 ticket. There is something for every ability lever here, but nothing insanely difficult.
There are even to fun downhill sections and a lot of side trails that are a blast. This trail is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Nice clear single track trails and fire road type trails, got very crowded on the wide fire road type trail, I was weaven in out of people a lot. It really hurt my pace. Out of state drivers have to pay a 6 dollar pass or you get a 41 dollar ticket. Trails were easy to difficult. Had a good ride overall.

I only really found two trails, there may be more because of the integrated developing greenway trail system Wilmington is working on. One trail (marked by a blue arrow) starts off with a double track taking you up a very long climb. The descent is totally worth it, offering the chance to build some incredible speed with a few little detours as you make your way back down. Ends near the starting point. One way. The other trail runs along the brandywine creek and offers a couple miles of single track with a couple of tricky sections. This is best for all skill levels.
