Description for Reno Flag
Reno Flag should be on your must ride list for Crested Butte, it is a triple-threat, three ups, three downs, each better then the last. My friend who is a mad climber (and part mountain goat) likes to say "you keep what you kill" when referring to earning your downhills by cleaning your uphills, he would love this trail, you go up, you come down. The ups are hard but not insane, the downs are fast, fairly technical, oh and did we mention fast?
This ride requires some advanced skills, stronger intermediate riders should be able to ride nearly everything and can put themselves to the test. Beginners should just stay away completely from this one.
