The Boulder Canyon Connector Trail is a great way to add mileage to the Betasso Preserve Loop (which is 3 miles of singletrack). There is a fair amount of climbing so those not accustomed to the altitude may find the ride a bit tiring, but intermediate riders should be able to navigate most of the trail without too much worry. Be careful on the more technical sections and through the switchbacks. There is one steep loose climbing section that gets most people off their bikes for a short hike-a-bike.
