Description for Newton Trail
Newton Trial is a mix of singletrack and fireroad riding, the climbing is fairly strenuous in places but if you ride a lot it is not that bad overall. There are some pretty steep places with some fall exposure. The ride is very scenic with some great views, however there is not a ton of shade so on hot days get out early and bring lots of water. There are some tough switchbacks, creek crossings, rock gardens, and small drops. The trail is a solid intermediate ride, beginners may be off the bike too much to make it enjoyable, and there are a couple of places that more experienced riders may struggle with as well.
