Description for China Camp
China Camp is an intermediate mix of singletrack and fireroad riding. In all the ride has lots of fantastic singletrack. A good place to start is on the Shoreline Trail and made your way to Oak Ridge and Bay View Trails in a continuous loop around the park. Shoreline Trail was very mild and smooth singletrack with great views. Oak Ridge and Bay View definitely had some more climbing and there were a few technical sections. Shoreline is great beginner trail with the other being intermediate. Great ride, great scenery. If you explore around you can find some very tight singletrack off of one of the main fireroads that is thin, off-camber with branches smacking your helmet. Definitely an interesting park for a ride. Not all that beautiful, but a great place to ride. It is hot and dry in summer.

Awesome single track and lots of it. We started on the Shoreline Trail and made our way to Oak Ridge and Bay View Trails in a continuous loop around the park. Shoreline trail was very mild and smooth single track with great views. Oak Ridge and Bay View definitely had some more climbing and there were a few technical sections. I'd say Shoreline is great beginner trail with the other being intermediate. Great ride, great scenery.

Nice flowing singletrack, not technical. Great for beginners with a bit of fitness. Check out the wild turkies around peacock gap

I found some very tight single track off of one of the main fire roads here that was very challenging. Thin, off camber with branches smacking your helmet.
Definitely an interesting park for a ride. Not all that beautiful, hot and dry in summer and the views aren't all that great either but a lot of fun a the same.
