Description for Mission Trails
We heard lots of good things about Mission Trails and had high expectations, while the trails didn't end up being what we imagined, we did really enjoy riding them. The trails system is huge and encompasses tons of land. There are some burly climbs and some amazing valleys, the trail layout does not fit our definition of traditional singletrack but there is a mix of pure singletrack as well as fireroads. It is definitely worth checking out, a great place to take beginners (in shape beginners considering the required climbing), even more advanced riders will have lots of fun and enjoy the beauty of the area.

There are over 20 miles of trail out here. You just have to know how to link it all up. Lots of single track but you could end up riding fireroad if you don't know where the trails are. These trails connect back towards Santos and can be linked up to sycamore canyon.

There are some cool jumps and steep hills but u can endup on a fire road

Overall, really like riding here. There are so many trails that it will take you a while to ride them all. It is pretty good for both beginners and intermediates, advanced only on a couple trails Only negative is there are plenty of critters to watch out for, namely rattlesnakes and tarantulas.
