Description for Woolsey Canyon
Woolsey Canyon offers up some excellent advanced singletrack riding. The ride can be done as an out and back or as a shuttle (most riders do the grind), if you don't shuttle there is a fair amount of climbing required. There are plenty of dirt jumps and big drops so a lot of travel on your bike is a good thing (although a DH bike is a bear when it comes to climbing if you don't shuttle). The run ends on private property which is fenced off, a lot of bikers hop the fence and trespass, which can be avoided if you grind back up to the road.
The ride is a ton of fun, if you have the skills and are looking for a new place to ride, this one should be on your must ride list.
