Description for Getty View Trail
A fun and quick ride just of the 405, there is some great singletrack and fireroad trails. The Getty View trailhead is located on the east side of the Sepulveda Pass near Getty Center Drive, the Getty View Trailhead offers fine views and a challenging hike into more than three hundred acres of public open space overlooking Hoag Canyon.
A one-mile uphill ride will lead you to a ridgeline fire road, providing outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean, the Getty Center and the city of Los Angeles. At the fire road, you can proceed either north or south.
Another access overlooking Hoag Canyon is the Sepulveda Pass Trailhead, located adjacent to the Mulholland Park and Ride at Sepulveda Boulevard and Mulholland Drive. This trail will take you south approximately one mile through the side canyons of Sepulveda Pass and up to an open plateau.
Parking: There is a lot at the trailhead on the east side of Sepulveda Blvd. near Getty Center Drive.

... this trail doesn't exist. The freeway ate it. You can still ride the fireroad, but it's an out and back blocked by a gated community.
