Description for Cogswell Dam
Cogswell Dam is a very beginner ride, in fact it is not really much of a mountain bike trail at all, it is a paved surface. The area is pretty and it is a great place to come and get some exercise. But those looking for an off-road adventure are going to want to seek out a different trail.

This trail is easy to follow and well used, much of the first half is paved, and there is camping allowed in certain areas. There isnt to severe of a climb until the dam is reached. Overall a very beautiful and worth while trail.
