Description for Cherry Canyon
Cherry Canyon does not really offer up amazing mountain biking, but it is a good place to get in a work out if you live or work nearby. The trail is a mix of fireroads and singletrack. There are a few steep and very challenging stair climbs. The trail has tons of hikers and horses on weekends so it is best to avoid the area on together on those days.

Great LOCAL ride. I wouldn't drive here to ride this trail, but since it's close by I ride it all the time. It's got a lot of fun areas, and trails for every difficulty level. Lots of fire roads and plenty of singletrack crisscrossing each other. It is definitely not an "out-and-back" ride because it's too small of an area for that. I usually do a figure 8-ish type loop that takes about an hour. Most singletracks are beginner/intermediate.
There's some interesting man-made features laying around for you to find, and Owl Trail is steep and rocky enough to test any rider's downhill skills.
