Description for Hurkey Creek
Hurkey Creek is a fun singletrack ride that starts out with a couple miles of climbing that is fairly steep in certain areas and does not provide much in terms of recovery times. Once you are through the grind (which makes the trail a great place for XC riders to train), you get to a great section of flowy singletrack trail through and amazing meadow. Then you hit a fireroad that leads you to a few miles of fantastic downhill. In all there are some technical spots, but intermediate level riders should be able to ride nearly everything without to much issue. This is a great ride!

Some challenging climbing, super fun descents, and some super technical rock gardens. The best Socal has to offer.

An incredible single track with steep climbs, flowing meadow sections, and alpine boulder fields. The finishing downhill "Luge" is as fun as it sounds. A must ride if ever in the Palm Springs area.
