Description for Chiquito Trail
The Chiquito Trial is an advanced singletrack trail that offers up some fantastic technical riding. Most people do this as a shuttle ride, although a strong insane few actually do it as an out and back. If you just to grind it you must have legs and lungs of steel or you are going to have to give up and miss out on an epic adventure. Chiquito connects to the San Juan Trail which is also a great ride. Leave the weaker and less skilled riders at home or send them to another trail, this ride requires strong bike handling skills and confidence. The terrain is pretty steep in lots of places and the ride is filled with switchbacks, drops, rock gradients, roots, ruts, step ups and some amazing scenery. Be sure to bring your camera to get some images of the amazing views.
