Description for Skeggs Point
Skeggs Point is probably the best trail in the area, it offers up some fantastic all around mountain biking. There is truly something for riders of all ability levels. The trail system is enormous which means you can ride something new each time you visit. This one should be on everyone's must ride list.
The ride has a lot of elevation change which creates a roller coaster like feel. The trail is well maintained and has good signage. The ride is a mix of fireroads and singletrack with challenges that include rocks, drops, rollers, steep climbs and descents, roots, creek crossings and every other obstacle that makes mountain biking so much fun.
