Description for Pauley Creek
Pauley Trail is one of the Downieville Downhill trails and is one of best rides in the area. It can easily be combined with several other trails. The terrain is fanatic and offers up a pretty amazing day on the bike. In fact a lot of people camp and ride the trails over several days. These combination of trails are really what make the area a mountain biking mecca, once you ride them you will want to keep coming back again and again. We recommend combining this ride with Butcher Ranch and the Second and Third Divide trails.

The Jeep trail getting to the single track is full of baby heads, other than that it's a nice ride, a bit dusty late summer.
Amazing high Sierra single track and a really cool bridge over the creek.
The trail eventually links into the Butcher Ranch trail.
