Start off riding the flume trail for a bit, followed by a steep downhill that gets a little sketchy but you can ride it really fast, then you get to regain all the elevation you lost on a dirt road.
Park just past where the flume crosses under Ponderosa Way. Get out and ride upstream (head North) along the flume. After a while, there is some mechanical apparatus in a metal box; just past that there is an old abandoned road that comes up from the left. Ride that downhill (it turns into more of a trail than a road) until it drops onto another abandoned road. Follow that to the left and you will soon be pointed downhill again trying to maintain speed and navigate all the DEEP washouts and ruts. Eventually it drops down to the creek and follows the creek until you hit Doe Mill Road. Now you have to ride that back up to your vehicle.
