Description for 007 Trail
The 007 trail offers up some of the best riding in the area. Some of the iron lunged riders do the grind up to the top, but the shuttle option is the preferred method for many riders. If you select the grind up to the top be prepared for a long sustained fireroad ride.
Once you are at the top you will enjoy a pretty epic downhill adventure. People bring bikes of all kinds, xc, DH, bight and even single speeds on this ride, our preference is a 6 inch travel all mountain bike. There is certainly a fair amount of technical terrain so a lot of intermediate riders will opt to dismount several times (especially through the middle section of the ride). A few of the rock gardens can be intimidating and there are a couple of drops and jumps along the way.
