Description for Lake Fayetteville
The Lake Fayetteville trail is a mix of singletrack and paved surface, the paved part is not really part of the ride but can be ridden to up the mileage or just get in some exercise. The singletrack is not being maintained as well as it once was, however the it is still very ridable, except after rain due to standing water and erosion. This is not really a destination ride that someone should travel a long distance to get to, but if you are in the area or looking for some place new it is worth checking out.
Most of the ride is pretty easy but there are several areas that would likely be to challenging for beginners, intermediate riders should not have any issues.

Had to do a few loops to get a good workout. There were a few semi-technical sections but for the most part not too difficult. I would recommend and go again.

Has been re-routed and adds about a mile on to the trail. New features are a table top and some new berms built by the OORC trail builders ( a group of volunteers ) that work on all the trails around the area:)
