Description for Fantasy Island Loops
Fantasy Island are hands down our favorite trails in Tuscon, we wanted to ride them over and over again. There is something here for every level of rider, beginners will have plenty to keep themselves entertained, intermediate riders can let it rip and improve their skills, advanced riders can go big and push their friends to go even bigger.
The half pipe reminded us of Kessel Run in Fruita Colorado (one of our all time favorite trails) and the over/under bridge is a really cool idea and well executed. You can get some really cool helmet cam video on this ride. The trailhead signs are memorable to say the least.
You have to buy a $15 annual permit but it is worth every penny.

Good beginner trail or a good quick cardio ride if you're strapped for time (lots of bail out points). Definitely not even close to being one of the best trails in Tucson. Its a little more enjoying when ridden as fast as possible, but can become quite monotonous. I recommend Tucson Mountain Park, Tortalita MTN's for a more well rounded ride.

Really good ride. Lots of fun. Some technical spots and lots of fast and flowing spots. A few good fun jumps. Overall really beginner friendly, but most ideal for an intermediate rider. Definitely worth riding.
