Description for Brown Canyon
As we got closer to the boarder on the way down to check out these trails we got more and more concerned about the recent violence that had been spilling over the Arizona boarder from Mexico, although we didn't have any issues or see any potential problems, you may want to check the news before venturing out.
We combined Brown Canyon with Carr Canyon the first climb is the toughest, its on a jeep trail so not technical, but requires some endurance. After that you have a few miles of sweet singletrack downhill action as you make your way over to Carr Canyon. Brown Canyon is not an overly hard trail, intermediate riders should be fine, newer riders may be on and off the bike several times and may not enjoy the trail too much, advanced riders should add Carr Canyon to the ride (or just ride Carr).
