Pine Torch is an all around good all good ride. There is something for everyone. As far as features go expect jumps, berms, creek crossings, a bit of sand and roots (but not too bad), some nice ups and downs and a lot of scenic beauty.

The trail is shared with horses which tend to tear it up in certain places which creates places with standing mud so keep that in mind when it has rained recently. $3 per vehicle to park at the trailhead. allow permit hunting in this area on select dates. Check hunting dates for the Black Warrior WMA before you ride.
