<description><![CDATA[I don't do the actual classes, but I did spend a lot of time on a stationary bike this past winter.  Once the spring thaw opened up the trails to biking (really more like mudding) I felt like I was able to regain my skill level and confidence much faster.<br/><br/>I would say that any kind of exercise in the off season would help, but if the weather is nice and the trails are open, you should be riding!<br/><em>edited by danjocash on 8/2/2010</em>]]></description>
